1 Overview:

The pre-embedded screw-out external channel series is an internal thread embedded part made of stainless steel material, which is prefabricated into concrete tube piece or other concrete structural parts according to design requirements to form a solid mounting base piece. A method of attaching the channel firmly to the surface of a segment or other concrete structure.

The pre-embedded screw outer channel series consists of pre-embedded screw sleeve, plastic positioning sealing bolt, external channel, fixed pressure pad, anti-loose washer, hex bolt or hexagon socket head bolt. When the channel is made of stainless steel, all parts are made of stainless steel.

The AHa type pre-embedded screw sleeve is matched with the plastic positioning sealing bolt a, and the cylindrical portion of the plastic positioning sealing bolt a is directly inserted into the positioning hole of the mold bottom plate.

The AHb pre-embedded screw sleeve is matched with the plastic positioning sealing bolt b. 2. Installation of the embedded screw sleeve in the tube casting mold:

Direct insertion method: Option One: ★ Screw the plastic positioning bolt a into the pre-embedded screw sleeve and tighten it; ★ Insert the cylindrical end of the plastic positioning bolt tightly into the mold The bottom plate is positioned in the hole to the surface of the template; ★ This method applies to straight channel installation.
Solution 2: The pre-embedded screw sleeve is directly bolted to the positioning hole of the mold bottom plate.
Thread fixing method: ★ The plastic positioning bolt b is screwed into the pre-embedded screw sleeve; ★ Insulated threaded seat is installed in the rectangular hole of flat steel; ★ The external thread of the embedded screw sleeve is screwed into the insulated threaded seat until Pressing the template positioning hole; ★ After adjusting the embedded screw sleeve to be perpendicular to the template, Both ends of the flat steel are fixed with the steel mesh.
