Product description

The CMC-intensive busway adopts a typical sandwich structure. It is a flexible and reliable power distribution system with reasonable design, superior performance, stable and reliable, high power distribution performance, good heat dissipation, voltage reduction, mechanical shock resistance and easy installation. Features; applicable to AC three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire system, frequency 50-60Hz, rated working voltage to 690V, rated insulation voltage to 1000V, rated working current 100~5000A power supply and distribution system.

CMC series low-impedance dense busway system can be used in large commercial and commercial projects as a high-current high-efficiency transmission and distribution system. In order to meet the needs of users, the CMC busway system has designed to reduce the weight of the busway itself, fully considering the high stability requirements of the busway when the shaft is installed, and improving the reliability and applicability of the system.

For industrial and mining enterprises, there are high requirements for short-time withstand current and low impedance of busway, and various types of electromagnetic interference that may exist; optional neutral line (100% or 200%) in CMC busway system, It can meet the requirements for eliminating harmonics in various power systems. The fully weak magnetic material (aluminum and aluminum-magnesium alloy) housing does not affect the busbar system due to large current eddy current hysteresis losses. Protection level

Depending on the application, the busbar protection can be up to |P65.

Note: P40-"40" means that solid foreign objects with a diameter of not less than 1 mm are prevented from entering the shell, and "O" means no protection.

P42-"42" means that solid foreign matter having a diameter of not less than 1 mm is prevented from entering the casing, and "2" means that 15% of dripping water is prevented from entering.

P54-"5" means dustproof and "4" means splash-proof.

P65-"6" indicates dust density, and "5" indicates water spray prevention.

Effect of ambient temperature on use

The CMC busbar system can operate continuously at rated current load at 40 °C ambient temperature.

If the busway system continues to operate in a high temperature environment, a derating design is required. Rated current after derating = rated working x derating factor (see table below).

Resistance, reactance, impedance and voltage drop

The CMC busway has low voltage drop characteristics, high purity conductors provide extremely low resistance, the dense design of the sandwich structure and the aluminum housing of the weakly magnetic material minimizes conductor reactance. Plug-in straight line segment

The plug-in busbar slot interface is flexible and can be plugged into both sides. Up to 4 sockets can be configured on one side of the 3m long standard section. You can reserve the interface according to the specific situation, so that it can be used when the device load is replaced or increased.

Each of the plug connectors has a socket seat plate and a socket cover plate, and the socket seat plate prevents the fingers from accidentally contacting the live conductor {P2X), and the phase sequence of the conductor is marked on the socket seat plate. The socket cover prevents contamination of the conductive contact surface, and the gasket can be used for dust or moisture resistance.

The standard length is 3000mm or 4000mm, the minimum length is 1000mm, L (the distance from the center of the plug interface to the standard end) is 400mm, and the minimum size of L2 (the distance between adjacent two plug connectors) is 610mm.

 

Connector

The CMC busway system uses a special connector with a double-head torque shear bolt. When the correct torque value is reached, the top bolt head will be disconnected, ensuring that the joint connection is securely fastened.

For easy connection, the connector provides an adjustment distance of ±4mm. The connection cover prevents over-adjustment of the connector. The connector is only allowed to make maximum adjustments when the connection cover is removed. The connector can be safely removed without obstructing the adjacent busway, and maintenance of a section of the busway can be carried out or a section of the busway can be removed.

Double head shear bolt

When the correct torque value is reached and the connector is tightened, the top bolt head will open and the red label will fall off; this will facilitate inspection.

The initial installation can be done without a torque wrench.

After the first nut falls behind, the bolt can still be reused with a fixed torque wrench.

The standard tightening torque is 68Nm.

Starting bus

The starting busbar and the starting end box can be matched with any type of switchgear and transformer. The user can also determine the phase spacing of the starting busbar as needed.

1. For standard starting busbars, when the bus current is less than or equal to 1600 amps, K = 100 mm. When the bus current is greater than or equal to 1600 amps, K = 120 mm.

Start box

The starting end box is used to protect the starting end bus line interface, so that the exposed bus bar of the incoming line part is completely closed. The standard starting box size is (500mm × 500mm × 500mm), and we can determine the starting box size according to the requirements of the user. All data is standard. Terminal cover

The terminal cover is installed at the end of the busbar (or branch busbar) so that the outside can not touch the live part, so that the entire busbar system is completely enclosed.

Expansion bus

The expansion busbar is an excessive section for compensating the thermal expansion and contraction of the busbar, and usually a linear distance is set every 60m.

Commutation bus

The commutation busbar is an excessive section when the busbar transforms the phase sequence, and its minimum size is 1500 mm. The phase sequence requirements on both sides need to be provided by the customer.

Plug box

The CMC plug-in box distributes electrical energy from the busway to the load and acts as a mechanism to break the branch current. The plug-in box is the key part of the most frequently used, branch current protection.

The CMC is designed with the user in mind and offers a variety of options for internal circuit breakers or fuses.

The circuit breaker protection standard is adopted, and the standard current is 16A-630A.

The load can be protected by installing a 3-pole or 4-pole circuit breaker in the docking box.

Optional circuit breaker accessories such as operating handles, shunt trip and leakage protection modules.

The connector box with fuse is made according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Unique error-proof phase plug-in: with a self-positioning device on the plug-in box, it can effectively prevent wrong phase plugging
